    Wir suchen ab sofort IT-Application Support Analyst (w/m/d) Werden Sie als IT Application Support Analyst (w/m/d) Teil des Teams von KONZEPTUM in Koblenz. Hier können Sie Ihr technisches Können einbringen und tragen Verantwortung für den erfolgreichen Einsatz unseres Business-Support-Systems KONZEPTUM 7 beginnend mit Inbetriebnahme der Lösung bis zur Betreuung des laufenden Betriebs inkl. Beseitigung auftretender Störungen.

    Sie sorgen im Alltag für zufriedene Anwender bei unseren Kunden – Telekommunikationsanbietern sowie regionale Versorger und Stadtwerke. Wir bieten reale Chancen für Ihre berufliche Weiterentwicklung und die bestmögliche Unterstützung #Miteinandermöglichmachen
    IHRE AUFGABEN
  • Betreuung des Einsatzes von KONZEPTUM 7 bei unseren Kunden
  • Klärung und Bearbeitung von Support-Fragen definierter Key-User
  • Klassifizierung und Bearbeitung von Trouble-Tickets
  • Initiale Inbetriebnahme des Systems und Rollout von Updates
  • Customizing der Lösung inkl. Erstellung von Reports und Exporten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Consultants und Software-Entwicklung
    • IHR PROFIL
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich Fachinformatiker, IT-Systemkaufmann, Technischer Assistent für Informatik oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse
  • Einstieg als Quereinsteiger möglich
  • Erfahrung im IT-Support wünschenswert
  • Vorkenntnisse im Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanken
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
