    On behalf of our exclusive client, we are searching for a passionate Director Medical Affairs Germany for the Immunology/Dermatology sector.     Director Medical Affairs Germany (m/w/d)

    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Defining strategy, setting goals, and ensuring the execution of Medical Affairs activities.
    • Maintaining deep knowledge of disease areas, as well as understanding patient and physician interactions, clinical decision-making, and its impact.
    • Providing matrix management for the cross-functional Medical Product Team.
    • Responsible for data generation, analysis, and interpretation. Plays a crucial role in developing evidence generation strategies and executing post-registration studies, including both interventional and observational research.
    • Developing and executing early access programs in complex environments.
    • Offering strategic direction and support for publications and presentations as needed.
    • Leading the evaluation of investigator-initiated study applications.
    • Engaging with communities to educate and advance scientific and medical understanding of relevant disease areas, including disease management, standards of patient care, and the roles of medicines.
    • Developing content for congresses, symposia, and advisory boards, and leading these activities.
    • Presenting scientific materials to physicians, pharmacists, marketing agencies, and key partners in meetings, advisory, and/or consulting settings.
    • Assessing medical education needs and developing both internal and external educational activities.

    About you:

    • Advanced degree in a scientific discipline (M.D., Ph.D., or Pharm.D.)
    • Over 5 years of experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, or equivalent experience related to Dermatology.
    • Significant experience in the Dermatology therapeutic area would be an advantage
    • Experience in clinical development and/or medical affairs.
