What you'll do
We are looking for a working student supporting the PMO function in the customer program


Main duties consist of:

  • Administrative support for the Program Manager
  • Support for the SAP Project Managers involved in the program
  • Preparation of internal controlling (FELIPE)
  • Financial Forecasting
  • Review and Approval of timesheets
  • Channel the 3rd buying process for the program (Fieldglass)
  • Create and followup on resource requests for the projects
  • Coordination Onboarding / Offboarding of consultants


The role will give you great insight into program and project management for large scale transformation projects in the IT industry.

You will get insight into all aspects of Project Management, including financial-, budgeting
- and resourcing-aspects.


What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Computer Science and Management
  • Computer skills: Knowhow in the Office Suite, basic SAP knowhow welcome but not mandatory
  • Optional skills: MS Project, VBA
  • Language skills: German fluent, English advanced
  • Soft skills: being a team player, expert in organizing, creative, project management knowhow very useful
  • Others: previous experience with PMO or any theoretical knowledge in project management
