Your mission:

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to start your career in human resources in an innovative and dynamic environment? If you are ready to bring your passion for HR into the world of quantum technology and become part of our ambitious team, we look forward to getting to know you Your tasks essentially include:

Participation in the development and implementation of HR strategies, e.g. in the areas of recruiting, employer branding or training & development
Organizing and developing onboarding programs to welcome and integrate new employees
Manage HR documents, data and processes in close collaboration with the HR team
Support in daytoday operational business, e.g. with research activities, reporting and the creation of presentations and policies
Support in recruiting talented specialists for our growing team, e.g. through preparatory active sourcing measures

Your profile:

You are a student enrolled at a German university and are studying (> 3 semesters) in the field of human resources (HR), business administration, business administration, psychology or comparable courses
Enthusiasm for human resources and interest in new technologies
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team as well as a proactive way of working
Initial experience with Adobe Photoshop (or other image editing software) and the "Personio" software would be an advantage
True startup mindset: innovative, dynamic, committed & resilient
Very good knowledge of German and English is a must
