Instructional Designer / E-Learning Specialist (f/m/x) with Focus on Localisation

Overview:

Our client supports healthcare professionals around the world in lighting the way with diagnostics by providing a broad range of medical diagnostics products and solutions.

In the fields of haematology, urinalysis, haemostasis, life science, flow cytometry, essential healthcare and now immunochemistry, they combine highly dependable, multi-functional and easy-to-operate instruments, a variety of reagents and software, plus reliable service and support.

Tasks:

• Design, develop and produce elearning masterproductions for our healthcare products in EMEA
• Localise our existing digital training courses (Storyline and Adobe Premiere) to support all our markets with digital training in local languages

Plan and support all operational pre stages of e-learning localisation activities by editing and handling UI screenshot production, localised voice-over and various asset classes for web-based trainings and video

• Close collaboration with project managers, product specialist and the digital training development team
• Support the team by creating and editing graphics, photos, videos and smaller animations
• Ensure efficiency of the entire elearning production process from conceptual design, story writing to development and postproduction up to the final release
• Developments with global standards and multilingual localisation compatibility
• Enjoy your work in an international E-Learning team and exchange your expertise of elearning development based on latest global tools and updates with our Instructional designers

Your Profile:

• Comprehensive skills in production of professional learning videos and webbased trainings (Adobe CC and Articulate Storyline/Rise)
• Profound knowledge in digital training didactics and modern instructional design solutions
• Experience with planning, coordination and productions of learning media
• Practical expertise in agile media project management
• Expertise in multilingual localisation requirements and change compatibility of elearning productions
• Organised, structured, thorough and independent work style
• Enthusiastic about working in a team with intercultural competence
