Your tasks

You support the user experience team in survey management by evaluating and analyzing user feedback and survey data
You create reports and presentations based on survey analysis results
You perform and document interviews with users about their experiences with IT services
You support the publication of intranet articles about activities to improve user experience

Your profile

You are currently enrolled at a university
You are still at the beginning of your studies and you are looking for a longterm challenge during your studies
You have exceptional analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
You are highly cooperative and you are a true team player
You are fluent in English
You have advanced skills in the use of MS-Office products, especially Excel and Powerpoint
