  • Recruiter This position will play an important role in building up and developing a portfolio of liquid and liquid alternative assets for a new multibillion single family office. English language is mandatory, German language skills a plus.
One of Germany's preeminent single family offices in Northern Germany is looking to hire an investment specialist. Responsibilities include various analytical and investment aspects of managing asset allocation portfolios in equity and in alternative asset classes.

Working closely with the head of the family office, the portfolio manager will be responsible for
- monitoring markets and relevant developments with regard to their impact on the investment strategy
- independently analyzing potential investment opportunities
- trade execution across equity markets
- preparing specific investment proposals in all asset classes
- supervising external asset managers with regard to their adherence to the strategy


We are looking for a dynamic individual with at least 2 years of experience in asset management at a fund, an institutional investor or a family office and strong knowledge of both equity and fixed income markets.

The role would suit individuals with a process-driven approach who are looking to take on more responsibility.

All applicants should have exceptional qualifications in economics or mathematics alongside a strong work ethic and good communication skills.
