We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Head of Operations to drive the operations side of scaling up our company.

• Ensuring customer satisfaction and excellence in customer service
• Analytical strength and the ability to make datadriven decisions
• Overseeing finance

The person should have proven experience in leading teams:

• Forming motived and cohesive teams
• Supporting the personal and skill development of team members
• Recruiting and onboarding new team members

In your role you will interact directly with the Managing Directors and Partners of the company. You will also have direct contact with our clients, i.e. in negotiating contracts, optimising collaboration, and resolving contentious issues.


Formal Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Experience in scaling company is a plus

Our operations are and will foreseeably remain hybrid, with an office in Munich, partial home office work and some remote working team members.

The Head of Operations is expected to be in Munich regularly.
