Are you excited about the future of tourism and smart cities? Do you want to gain practical experience in a young startup and bring your theoretical knowledge to life?Welcome to Urban Monkeys We're a young startup based in Berlin, Germany.
With Urban Monkeys, we make city travel and tourism transparent and actionable, being at the interface between tourism and smart city technology.
We're looking for an intern for 3 months, ideally starting on August 1st, 2023.Tasks
- Market research in the are of travel tech & smart city
- Identification of the most relevant decisionmakers in the tourism / smart city industry
- Definition of (buying) personas along our sales processes
- Definition of design/communication guidelines to address the defined personas
- Updates to existing communication tools (e.g. Website redesign, LinkedIn redesign,...)
- Support in creating additional communication material
Requirements:
- Enthusiasm and courage to learn new things and grow together with us
- Motivation to work independently and to gain insights into the area of tourism / smart city
- EU citizen / EU working permit
- Fluent in English, as well as ideally in German
- Background in Tourism, Marketing, Business, Market Research or similar fields
- Previous experience in tourism and/or smart cities is a huge plus ;)
