eine*n Musiktheaterpädagog*in (w / m / d) mit dem Schwerpunkt Vermittlung und Audience Development
Das als eigenbetriebsähnliche Einrichtung der Bundesstadt Bonn geführte Theater beschäftigt in den Sparten Oper und Schauspiel ca. 400 Mitarbeitende. Drei verschiedene Bühnen – Opernhaus, Schauspielhaus und Werkstattbühne – werden regelmäßig bespielt; darüber hinaus verfügt das Theater über verschiedene Proberäume und international renommierte Theaterwerkstätten.
Neben Neuinszenierungen und Wiederaufnahmen in Oper und Schauspiel bietet das Theater der Bundesstadt Bonn auch ein reichhaltiges Kulturvermittlungsprogramm für Schulen, Studierende, Kinder und Familien sowie internationale Zielgruppen. Die Angebote für junges Publikum bündelt PORTAL – Plattform Orchester und Theater für Alle - die Vermittlungsplattform des Theater Bonn und des Beethoven Orchester Bonn. Gemeinsam bietet PORTAL Kindern und Jugendlichen, unabhängig von ihrer sozialen Situation, Zugang zu kultureller Bildung. Neben den künstlerischen Produktionen des Schauspiels, der Oper und des Orchesters stehen die zahlreichen Vermittlungsformate im Zentrum der Arbeit der Musiktheater-, Konzert- und Theaterpädagog*innen.
Darüber hinaus gibt es in der Oper neben der Hinterhofoper, gesonderte Formate für Studierende, Senior*innen und verschiedenste Communities. Das Theater Bonn ist zudem Teil des Netzwerkes "Bei uns ist Inklusion lebendig" und hat sich auf den Weg gemacht, ein barrierefreier Ort zu werden.
Neben freien und ehrenamtlichen Mitarbeitenden umfasst die Abteilung neun Mitarbeitende.
Für die Aufgabenfelder Kooperationen mit weiterführenden Schulen und die weitere Vernetzung mit der Stadtgesellschaft suchen wir Verstärkung
