Be more than an Expert Key Account Management

Make impact as an Expert Key Account Management:

To support the implementation of agreed processes and procedures in a defined group of retail locations, we are looking for you as Expert Key Account Management.

You will be the main contact person for all internal departments and functions concerned and support the Key Account Managers in major projects.

In addition, you will regularly review relevant KPIs (e.g. releases, orders, submissions, payment, inventory, etc.) and define corrective actions.

As an Expert Key Account Management, regular communication with regional retail customers and support in analysing the overall impact resulting from the introduction of new key accounts form your exciting day-to-day work.

Who you are:

Completed commercial studies or commercial training with additional qualification (business administration, logistics, trade/retail)
At least 3 years of B2B experience, ideally in retail/logistics
Experience in successfully working in a strong results

- and performance-oriented environment with a focus on customer orientation

Fluent written and spoken English and good German language skills are a prerequisite

- in addition, very good written and spoken French language skills are essential
- proficient handling of all MS-Office programmes, especially Excel
