About the role

In this role you will be responsible for the development of the new Product Supply department for the German entity and part of the leadership team.

You and your team will find and equip our hub locations and organise the supply with all materials and tools needed.

The responsibilities include:

Build and maintain relationships to our key suppliers like manufacturers, wholesalers, landlords and logistics providers
Lead a team responsible for procurement and purchasing, warehousing and logistics as well as all real estate topics
You and your team will make sure that our operations can run smoothly and our teams have all materials they need
Find and secure the right locations for our hubs across Germany
Find and choose suppliers, negotiate terms and manage the logistic process
Establish a warehousing and logistics process, from buying over storage to justintime delivery of crucial goods
Equip and develop our locations, from the interieur and workshop design over tools and equipment to our electric fleet
Collaborate closely with the leadership team and especially the operations department to understand the business needs, iterate processes and plan ahead

The function is based in Berlin, Germany in a flexible working environment.

Your experience

Extensive experience in supply chain, logistics or purchasing, ideally in a fastmoving startup / scaleup or equally interesting a industry or production environment
You have handled multimillion Euro negotiations with top suppliers and have been in charge of complex supply chains, both internationally and within Germany
A very good technical understanding and quality awareness
Ability to move fast and build processes and relationships from scratch
Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
