- Handling customer complaints (logistical and technical).
- Technical analysis and root cause analysis of complaints.
- Management of the complaint database and monitoring of KPIs.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and plan actions.
- Leading customer quality projects and monthly quality meetings.
- Support in internal problem solving, corrective and preventive measures to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Completed technical studies, e.g. Electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechanics, industrial engineering or similar (diploma, bachelor's, master's).
- Experience in quality management, ideally in the area of customer quality or customer complaints.
- Experience and/or knowledge of quality and improvement tools such as 8D, 5Why as well as Six Sigma methodology, Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Fluent German and good knowledge of English.
