JOB SUMMARY


We are currently looking for a Working Student/ Werkstudent (m/w/d) to join our HR team at Standard Chartered in Frankfurt, Germany for a 6 months contract.

This role will give you the possibility to gather your first experience in the HR team of an international bank and support the team with various administrative tasks related mainly to data security and compliance.


This includes:


  • Primarily supporting the HR team in coordinating and executing the HR Data Shield Programme (HR DSP), a key project focused on data security and compliance
  • Supporting in HR Governance topics and matters
  • Supporting the HR Team in their daily business and ad hoc requests
  • A minimum of a year at university or comparable educational institution.
  • Studies in economics, labour law, social pedagogy, industrial psychology or similar
  • Preferably existing HR experience gained during previous internships/employments
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills in German & English needs to understand documents written in both languages
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Analytical / critical thinking skills
  • Meticulous with a good eye for detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Selfmotivated with a high level of accountability.
  • Ability to work independently and able to cope with pressures from tight deadlines
