Main Purpose:

The Logistics Director for Enovis INTL is responsible to support and execute the functional strategies and best standard practices that optimize cost and service in providing end-to-end distribution of products to internal Enovis sites and the market place customer base.

Direct the tactical and operational activities of Enovis warehousing functions and all transportation and transportation processes.
Ensure the timely and accurate flow of information to stakeholders.
Own and lead the innovation and continuous improvement agenda for Logistics including automation initiatives.

Key Accountabilities:

Acts as an example of the Enovis safetyfirst discipline ensuring that our Environmental, Health, and Safety policies are promoted and applied across all locations in the pursuit of an 'always safe' workplace.
Supports and develops the Enovis strategy for the function as set out by the senior leadership team
Change agent. Designs and implements efficient processes and standards, utilizing the Enovis EGX lean enterprise methodology within a continuous improvement culture
Utilizes system functionality and implements technology led solutions to simplify, automate, and error proof key processes
Direct activities relating to service levels and productivity within the distribution centers and/or plants.
Responsible for the service levels and productivity of endtoend Transportationrelated activities in the Enovis supply chain.
Partner with Trade Compliance to ensure alignment and effective implementation of processes in support of seamless deliveries.
Create and execute the organizational development plan for the INTL logistics team that ensures succession (an identified bench) and training to maintain a high standard of functional capability
Use Key Performance Indicators to achieve key operating and logistics goals via performance tracking and maintaining capabilities of third parties logistics providers.
Ensure Enovis EGX lean tools are utilized for driving business operations and meeting performance goals.
Manages contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders

Selfmotivated and positive with a high attention to detail
Experience in succeeding despite ambiguity and changing priorities
Able to engage with a broad crosssection of functions and all levels of seniority
Willingness to undertake frequent business travel (c.40%)

Experience and Knowledge:

Proven experience in a global or regional Supply Chain/Operations or similar leadership role
Excellent knowledge and a clear understanding re the interdependencies associated with end to end supply chains (SCOR) Plan, Source, Make, Deliver
Demonstrated experience in lean process mapping and improvements
Expertise with WMS and ERP systems such as MRP/SAP/Oracle systems
Demonstrated experience with IT system implementation
Knowledge of data analytics and reporting

Qualifications:

Degree qualified
8+ years' experience in operational Supply Chain or Logistics
APICS / CILT Certified or underway
Lean Methodology qualification ( belt) or similar preferred
