Your responsibilities

  • Continuously increase revenue by selling our solutions and services in your target markets
  • Expanding the international sales strategy, which focuses on resultsoriented selling, the acquisition of new customer segments and the longterm growth of existing customers
  • Create clear goals and metrics for your team and ensure a clean CRM pipeline management and operational excellence in sales processes
  • Build a highperforming, KPIdriven team of sales experts and leaders
  • Empower your team to deliver outstanding and above average results for your target markets
  • Report directly to the Head of Sales and shine through the sharpness of KPI forecasts
  • Actively contribute to the process optimization across all teams
  • Participate in sales leadership with key target customers
  • Analyze and share key insights from our operational metrics, market trends and customer feedback

Profile:


  • You are really keen on the topic of "renewable energies" and want to revolutionize the energy sector together with us
  • You have extensive experience in sales functions and market development of cloud and enterprise SaaS products
  • You have a proven track record of acquiring new customers and partnerships
  • You already have some experience in leading sales teams in B2B and software business
  • You are a selfstarter and willing to work in a multidisciplinary role
  • Your strong communication skills, confident demeanor and solutionoriented handson thinking will outshine others
  • You have a relevant network, especially in "classic industries" that are on their way to digitalization
  • You are proficient in dealing confidently with executives and business partners at management level
  • Working with CRM systems such as Hubspot or Salesforce is easy for you
  • You are motivated to visit our customers on site and to represent gridX at (international) trade fairs
