Gorlitz (f/m/d) Germany and you will be looking at a career defining role


Your responsabilities:


  • Responsibility for the content and methodology of business controlling within the department and with the other departments of the plant
  • Independent, complex business and overhead cost controlling of the site, its divisions and the legal entity for all cost types of the Expense Summary
  • Budget preparation
  • Preparation of shortterm forecasts, preparation of quarterly forecasts
  • Continuous cooperation with all business units and departments
  • Participation in and coordination of the preparation of management reporting and division reporting
  • Controlling of personnel and personnel costs in cooperation with the Human Resources Department.

Your profile:


  • Degree in business administration from a university or equivalent knowledge acquired in another
- knowledge acquired in another way with a specialization in finance or business administration/engineering with a specialization in controlling

  • Initial experience in controlling and cost accounting or bookkeeping
  • Knowledge of commercial project management
  • Knowledge of the business management modules of the SAP system
  • Ability to interpret businessrelated data
  • Communication and teamwork skills, persuasiveness and assertiveness
  • Analytical and strategic thinking, organizational skills and independence
  • Affinity for finance and numbers and good knowledge of MS Excel Good analytical as well as problemsolving skills
  • Very good knowledge of English.
