- Lead or assist in detailed investigations and resolution of quality-related matters or issues in projects.
- Clarify Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and track Non conformance costs for quality issues for the Control and Protection department.
- Ensure that engineering regulations are up-to-date.
- Engage in proactive quality assurance efforts within the department.
- Prepare the team for necessary external and internal audits, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Act as a catalyst for continuous improvement by setting up a structured process for capturing lessons learned from projects and conducting workshops on these insights.
- Identify training needs and initiate project-specific training for employees, particularly focusing on the application of quality methods, process awareness, and expert knowledge.
- Promote a culture of quality awareness within the team
- Work closely with other departments of Siemens Energy to drive quality initiatives.

- Completed Master's degree in Engineering, relevant engineering qualifications in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering are advantageous.
- Several years of work experience as a quality professional, proven experience in quality control/assurance in engineering, exposure to energy sector projects such as HVDC and FACTS is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools, along with compliance standards and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, orientation to detail, commitment to accuracy and excellence.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments and organizational levels.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment.
- Fluent English; proficiency in German is advantageous.
