Responsibilities:


  • Development of shaft sealing solutions for turbomachinery of the future markets such as green hydrogen or sCO2 cycle processes
  • Project management for product development and automation of the design process
  • Creation of smart modular systems for seal series
  • Further development of gas
- and liquid-lubricated mechanical seals for turbo compressors, screw compressors, turbines and pumps

  • Implementation of sensor technology in shaft sealing solutions and development of interpretation strategies
  • Technical support for root cause analysis

Qualifications:


  • Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, fluid mechanics, precision engineering or comparable university education
  • Experience in managing and executing development projects desirable
  • Confident handling of a 3DCAD program
  • Expertise in the field of turbomachinery, sealing technology desirable
  • Experience in software programming desirable
  • Team player and have an open and communicative nature with independent working style
  • High degree of motivation and willingness to learn
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
