_Are you ready to step into an exciting new role at the dynamic intersection of Sales and Operations?_

We're on the lookout for a proactive
_Reservations Managing Expert_ to bolster our S&OP Team within Business Line Stainless Europe.

_Purpose:
_

Your mission as a Reservations Managing Expert is twofold: to optimize the interface between Sales and Operations, ensuring seamless coordination of production capacities with sales orders, while prioritizing customer-centricity and fostering a culture of sales support.

By maximizing capacity utilization, minimizing overbooking, and reallocating unused reservations, you'll not only streamline operations but also enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through responsive, efficient service.

_What You'll Do:
_

Spearhead the Reservation Management process.
Keep stakeholders informed and engaged through transparent reporting, ensuring clear communication channels to facilitate collaboration.
Systematically organize reservations by areas and segments.
Maintain uptodate sales reservations and communication with stakeholders.
Align reservations with demand/supply plans and capacity, optimizing allocations.
Lead weekly reservation meetings and adapt strategies as needed.
Foster strong crossfunctional relationships, especially between Sales and SCM.
Drive system development in the new OMP-Tool environment.
Initiate improvement ideas and support S&OP process developments.

_Essentials:
_

Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar.
Preferably, experience in Sales or SCM, particularly in the process industry.
Strong analytical skills with a flair for quantitative decisionmaking.
Proficiency in spreadsheet and relational database tools.
Familiarity with various fulfilment strategies (MTO, FTO).
Passion for continuous improvement and personal development.
Excellent communication skills in a multinational setting.
Ability to build solid crossfunctional relationships.
Fluent in English; Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
Ready for occasional travel.

Join our SCM team within Business Line Stainless Europe, reporting to the Head of S&OP.

Collaborate closely with a diverse team of nine colleagues to balance demand and supply, ensuring optimal asset use and maximum profit.
