Job Description:

In order to support the continuous growth of our company, we are recruiting an agent for our Onboarding Team - the role will be based in Berlin Germany.

As a member of the Company's Compliance team, you will be responsible for:

Supporting the onboarding of customers, alone or in conjunction with other team members,
Continuous due diligence during the Client lifecycle
Follow and comply with internal procedures,
Ensure appropriate treatment of compliance alerts, escalating when required to the manager/supervisor,
Interaction with other company areas or departments (mostly: customer support, but also legal and finance)

Qualifications:

You should join us if:

You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Luxembourg market
You are organised, and able to assess files in line with internal procedures and local regulations
You are a team player
You have an excellent command of English. Knowledge of French, German or an other european language is a strong plus
