Your Tasks:

You work on the harmonization of our Condition Contract to Settlement process
You document and model condition processes from the operational departments and you are a competent contact person (M/F/d) for the evaluation of these processes
You also take over the asis process surveys for our national subsidiaries and carry out GAP analyses together with your colleagues
In cooperation with your team, the operational departments and the IT colleagues, you identify risks and develop target processes for optimized and standardized workflows
You are the link between the business units and the technically oriented product organization
You evaluate dependencies of new business models on CC2S processes
You create presentations and concept documents, organize and moderate the necessary coordination meetings and workshops, both with internal and external contacts

Your Profile:

You have successfully completed your Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on business administration and have already gained practical experience in a relevant field of activity, ideally in the context of process management and/or condition processing
You have a good knowledge of process analysis and ideally have practical experience in the use of process modeling tools such as Symbio
Alternatively, you have several years of experience in the field of condition processing and would like to contribute your experience to an innovative project
A processoriented, analytical and structured way of working, as well as a high level of commitment characterize you
Your good communication and persuasive skills help you to find a common solution with colleagues from different areas
Very good German and English skills round off your profile
Ideally, your profile complements experience in the intercultural field
