    Ihre neue Stelle

  • Gesamtverantwortung als Process Owner für alle IT-Berechtigungsprozesse in der Business-IT der TEAG-Gruppe
  • Verantwortung für die Einführung eines zentralen Identity & Access Management Systems und die Anbindung aller relevanten Systeme
  • Ausprägung einer weitestgehend automatisierten Berechtigungsvergabe in allen IT-Systemen auf Basis des Stellenplans im Rahmen von Personalmaßnahmen (Eintritt, Versetzung, Austritt)
  • Qualitätsmanagement für Identitäten in verschiedenen Systemen und Schnittstellen, Durchführen von Plausibilitätskontrollen
  • Verantwortung für die Durchführung der vorgeschriebenen IKS-Kontrollen
  • Unterstützung des Bereichsleiters beim Review laufender und geplanter Projekte sowie beim Projektportfoliomanagement
  • Leiten von und Mitarbeit in Projekten

    • Ihre Talente und Fähigkeiten

  • Bachelor in der Fachrichtung Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung
  • Anwendungssichere Kenntnisse der Prozesse im IT Service Management
  • Kenntnisse der Personalprozesse
  • Kenntnisse in den stammdatenführenden Systemen für Identitäten (z. B. SAP IdM)
  • Kenntnisse im IT-Projektmanagement
  • Fähigkeit zur Analyse
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Kommunikative und soziale Kompetenz
  • Teamfähigkeit
