What You Will Be Doing

Leading the Group's Operations for Planning, Logistic & Supply Chain for Selecta Solutions (e.g. digital Vending Machines, Coffee Machines, Smart Fridges, Snack Markets, etc.).
Optimize the demand & supply planning, service level fulfilment and logistic services to our clients for Selecta towards leading service levels.
Continuous Service improveent and quality levels across the core elements for Services from planning of services, daytoday operations and logistic footprint & warehouse operations along the entire service lifecycle incl. defining and actively managing the service level performance
Act as the Leader on Service Excellence also at the intersection between Service Excellence and Technology to boost performance (e.g. leveraging IoT, robotics and automation, etc.)
Define and implement bestinclass demand & supply planning, logistic operations & cost controlling
Define cost controlling framework from Group to countries for Global Solutions and product Portfolio (e.g. from our Solutions like Digital Vending Machines to Ingredient Sales on productlevel)
Standardize and optimize warehouse operations to further reduce COGS, inventory levels and logistic controlling in warehouses
Driving our transformation & service improvements in a program lead role with specific focus on demand & supply planning and logistic execution
Responsible for the monitoring of the geographical operating footprint in line with countryspecific projects on logistic network & warehouse operations

What You Bring To The Job

Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or Commercial background with a Bachelor degree or equivalent
Further education in Project Management (e.g. PMI)
Several years of experience in service excellence & operations, logistics, retail business (e.g. with proven track record in Lean Management certification, Six Sigma, etc.)
Clear historic responsibility and experience in a multinational service excellence improvement program, leading to significant improvement on service levels, client satisfaction, costtoserve reduction, etc.
Affinity with international companies, matrix organizations, crosscultural leadership, fastpaced and restructuring environments
Experience in bestinclass transformation and changemanagement ideally in midsized businesses with corporate structure
Entrepreneurial with a dedicated business acumen
Positive and problemsolving mindset, selfstarter with high level of motivation to work autonomously
Handson, solution oriented, structured, precise, datadriven and strong analytical skills and with excellent organisational skills to manage a large number of ongoing projects and prioritise appropriately
Travel RequirementsUp to 40% in Europe
