Responsibilities:


  • Administrative support of personnel processes from entry to exit
  • Maintenance of the personnel management system (Workday) / master data maintenance
  • Writing of employment contracts and references
  • Writing of salary and contract changes, preparation of works council hearings
  • Collaboration in the further development of HR processes
  • Supporting HR BusinessPartners and managers in daytoday operations
  • Coordination of applicant management, preparation, coordination and publication of job advertisements
  • Applicant correspondence and exchange with specialist departments
  • Close cooperation with HR Payroll Services
  • Preparation and maintenance of statistics and reports
  • Taking over HR projects

Qualifications:


  • Completed commercial training with additional training as a human resources specialist
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position in human resources
  • Good knowledge of labor and social security law in Germany
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Distinct team and contact skills
  • Knowledge of HR management systems such as Workday, Cornerstone (LMS), Loga an advantage
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
