You as Dynamics 365 (D365) Administrator are acting as a first-level support and executing day-to-day tasks to ensure the performance of Dynamics 365 solutions across FOUR PAWS globally, as part of the IT Department.

Your contribution will be

Implementation, testing, maintenance, and improvement of software solutions in D365/Azure
Management & setup of D365 environments incl. Azure resources
Technical Consulting about D365/Azure Environments in use at FOUR PAWS, documentation and sharing of respective knowledge
Preparation of external systems for System Integration Testing, load & Unit Test Data
Preparation of Users and Security Role Setup
Working in close collaboration with the Project Manager and the project team on integration design and data migration approach
Supporting Data Migration and writing Data Extraction Scripts to gather data from old legacy systems
Performing Code Reviews of D365 Extensions
Supporting D365 Technical Expert in the configuration of solution components of D36
Working closely with the engineering team to ensure fit with the enterprise architecture

Your profile ideally illustrates

Relevant experience in system administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Supply Chain Management)
Experience with configuration and integration of Dynamics 365 apps, Microsoft Power Platform, related Microsoft cloud solutions, and other relevant thirdparty technologies
Minimum Bachelor Degree in engineering or informatics
Very good English communication skills written and spoken
Critical thinking and project management skills
Dedication, flexibility and ability to work in a team
