We are offering an exciting opportunity for the position of Senior Recruiting System Analyst who will develop and improve the sourcing system landscape in DSC EMEA.

We need people who thrive in a fast-paced environment, who are looking for a good challenge, and who are dedicated to using their talent acquisition experience to bring our sourcing system landscape to the next level, taking the requirements for blue
- and white-collar recruiting into account.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Consider and improve DSC EMEA Employer attractiveness and Graduate /College Recruitment, Internship programs, and other partners where needed (e.g, headhunters, agencies)
  • Build and maintain the system user community, and identify and address training needs to increase system expertise and usage
  • Work with Business Managers to understand recruitment needs, prepare role requirements and execute resourcing plans while deploying appropriate recruitment methods, channels, and selection tools
  • Implement tools and programs for the Onboarding process for induction and integration of new and existing employees into new roles
  • Ensure interfaces/integrations of the systems in our IT architecture to increase the effectiveness of data management
  • Measure KPIs and actively steer sourcing performance management effectiveness, contribute to process improvements, and resolve issues related to Resourcing processes

Now, here's what we need from you:
Education Level

  • University Degree (Business IT or Human Resources is desirable)
  • Relevant HR certifications preferred
  • Qualifications/certifications in sourcing systems are preferred (e.g., Avature, Phenom)
Experience Level

  • Proven ability of managing projects/programs in an international and multicultural environment
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to set priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills at the senior management level
  • Topic leadership in UX and process design in HR systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence an intercultural environment
  • Fluency in English at the business level, any additional European languages is a plus
  • The location of the position has some flexibility with Europe/EMEA, but we have a preference for Bonn
