THIS IS THE JOB

Fleet management / maintanance
Coordination and administration of workshop capacity for retrofit and modernization
Vehicle handling, transfer of vehicles
Update of vehicle documentation
Vehicle implementation into Fleet management tools (Car Locator, Sparte )
Creation of workshop orders and other documentation
Transport Orders
Vehicle check and demonstration to engineering experts

THIS IS WHAT WE NEED

Automotive education (Technician preferred)
At least 3 years automotive experience
German and English business fluent
Basics in project management
Automotive technical knowledge to communciate with the workshop for modernization and retrofit
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
