• Be a leader, teacher, and mentor for the current team of Quant traders (desk, production, research)
• Managing, increasing, and planning the overall trader's P&L
• Achieving results in the development of new algorithms and robots (HFT, lowlatency)
• Hiring new talents and helping them to grow (implement motivation systems, mentoring)
• Developing strategies for entering new financial markets (technical, engineering, and algorithmic with other departments)

• 3+ years of successful experience in managing a group of Quant traders
• 10+ years of experience in trading and development of trading algorithms
• Knowledge of at least two languages from the list: C++, C#, Python, Rust
• Experience with ML/RL applicable to quantitative trading
• Experience in the traditional financial markets is required
• Experience in crypto markets is desirable
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• The ability to establish strong working relationships with people of different characters
• Degree in technical disciplines (mathematics, physics, finance, engineering)
