Tasks

  • Deal with customer inquiries promptly and accurately according to our company knowledge base.
  • Record and report customer complaints, and communicate with relevant departments (banking, insurance, IT, product, partner contacts) to resolve issues.
  • Manage private messages from study abroad agencies and WeChat groups.
  • Promote company products & services, be attentive for customer insights offering opportunities for business development and share relevant information with the marketing team.
  • Stay up to date with new policies and product updates
  • Analyse WeChat platform data, adjust response strategies, and assist with WeChat promotions.
  • Collect business information and update the WeChat service manual
  • Train and share knowledge with new colleagues.
  • Coordinate staff schedules to ensure all work is covered
