Since 2009, we have established ourselves as a trusted and supportive B2B distributor of replacement parts, gear, and accessories for the Powersports industry.
Tasks
- In collaboration with dealers, vendors and internal teams, you ensure a seamless aftersales experience and take care of all matters related to claims and returns.
- You take an active role in advancing our aftersales activities by making suggestions on process improvements and how to implement them.
- By sharing and exchanging your technical knowledge with the Tech Support team, you keep each other uptodate about products, trends, and highlights in the market.
- You will support our warehouse teams in all processes related to shipping and returns.
- Together with your team, you develop new tools and After Sales activities and share those with our customer service teams, tech support and external sales representatives.
Requirements:
- You have already gained relevant experience in a role related to aftersales or customer support.
- With your deep knowledge of the Powersports industry, especially about motorcycle parts and products, you will assist our customers in the best way.
- Besides being fluent in French and/or Spanish, a satisfactory level of English written and spoken helps you within our international business relations.
- Good knowledge of the most popular MS Office programs (Word, Excel) is necessary for this position, experience in using an ERP system is seen as an advantage.
