WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Develop electromechanical new subsystems or simple adaptation developments of existing systems within the quality, deadline and cost framework using CAD tools by:
  • Analysis of higher-level requirements and creation of the subsystem realization concept with the associated subsystem architecture
  • Effort estimation for the responsible unit
  • Codecision making in planning, controlling and monitoring the development, documentation, procurement, integration and commissioning of the subsystem
  • Responsibility for quality, schedule and cost of the developed subsystem
  • Clear and complete assignment of the required tasks to the assigned members of the project organization
  • Regular and also unscheduled reporting to higher levels of the project organization (PM/TPL)
  • Participation in project milestones with the customer and independent presentation of the responsible development parts
  • Participation in the identification of weak points and implementation of optimizations from an overall system or problem understanding
  • Codecisionmaking in the selection and monitoring of a small number of suppliers/external service providers with low order volumes
  • Independent formulation of a small number of tasks/specifications for suppliers, external service providers and internal departments
  • Participation in quotation projects and independent preparation of quantity structures
  • Technical leadership of developers in the electromechanical subsystem context
  • Participation in qualification, verification and acceptance by the customer for the responsible subsystem or adapted system

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Completed technical studies in the field of mechanical engineering, precision engineering, mechatronics
  • Several years of design experience in mechanical or plant engineering
  • Experience in 3D CAD design (possibly Siemens NX)
  • First experience in project organization and control
  • Good knowledge in the areas of design / mechanics / materials
  • Good written and spoken English language skills
  • Fluent German language skills
  • Goaloriented and independent way of working, high commitment and initiative
  • Time and cost oriented way of working
  • Creativity and reliability
  • Structured and strategic way of thinking even under high workloads
  • Distinct service orientation
  • Confident appearance and strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to travel worldwide
