- Erstellen von Präsentationen zur Performance in der Programmumsetzung sowie finanziellen Auswirkung gegenüber dem Management und Eigentümer
- Planung und Verwaltung von Budgets sowie Business Cases des übergeordneten Transformationsprogramms
- Kontinuierliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des Programmcontrollings
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik o.ä.
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Strategieberatung, Inhouse Consulting oder als Business Analyst / Controller
- Ausgeprägte Affinität zu Zahlen & Daten
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen, insbesondere Power-Point und Excel, PowerBI von Vorteil
- Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Moderations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie sehr gute Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit über alle Hierarchieebenen hinweg
- Eine Aufgabe mit zahlreichen Perspektiven und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten im Umfeld eines international tätigen Großkonzerns
