Team and Job Overview


SPORTFIVE is looking for an Account Supervisor to support our client work focused on PGA TOUR Canada's entitlement partnership, along with our growing golf footprint in the Americas outside of the United States.


Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Support partnership management of Fortinet with PGA TOUR Canada as Season Long Entitlement Partner
  • Lead activation program and execution across Fortinet Cup Season, including support from team members based in Canada
  • Serve as agency lead for Fortinet Cup Championship
- inclusive of strategic planning and event activation

  • Integrate best practices into guest experience activation, along with communication protocols, invitation process, and ROI tracking (with client available tools)
  • Provide insights and strategic direction across Fortinet's Canadian and Latin American Golf Investment
  • Alongside Agency leadership, develop best practices and processes for Fortinet Cup programming activation and optimization
  • Oversee technology integration opportunities and proactively engage partners for more opportunity.
  • Analyze and synthesize relevant qualitative and quantitative program data that clearly demonstrates program performance relative to client objectives. This includes, but not limited to, managing assets appropriately to develop comprehensive reporting that allows for measurable success from the outset of programs.
  • Interface with client CRM products to build streamlined processes and systems for global activation
  • Support asset maximization strategies across media, digital/social, and PR opportunities
  • Support contract adherence: assets, process, and reporting
  • Manage project budgets
  • Primary contact across official tournament partnerships and project planning for planned activation
  • Season Long event support
  • Develop and execute asset tracking and optimization plan for sponsorship

Minimum Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
  • 5+ years of related work experience, ideally in sports and lifestyle sponsorship marketing
  • Knowledge of golf landscape
  • Sponsorship experience around content, brand management, and media integrations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools (Asana, SharePoint, etc.) a plus
  • Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish)

  • Selfstarter with experience balancing business acumen with creativity
