- Deep knowledge of various types of switching mode power supply topologies and controls
- Product experience with LV automotive power supplies and 48V power conversion systems, such as bus converter and POL converter is highly desired
- Extensive experience in GaN power switch, its driving circuit, and its value proposition in LV power supply systems
- Hands-on experience with design, debug, and lab testing of power converters
- Solid understanding of magnetic component design for inductors and transformers
- Basic understanding of semiconductor product definition and development process You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- MSEE or , preferred with working experience in power supply or semiconductor industries
- Experience in semiconductor product definition and/or applications engineering, and customer support is highly desired
- Experience in semiconductor design, packaging and qualifications is a plus
- Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams in the organization from program management to IC design, marketing, FAE's and sales to ensure companies success
- Can effectively multi-task, manage priorities and solve technical problems independently
- Self-motivated, self-learning, and a good team player
