Your mission:

Take ownership of B2B billing (OEMs and Fleet): standard implementations, change requests and voucher invoicing
Take ownership and control of incoming payments of OEM and Fleet customer
Reconciliation of accounts between accounts receivable department and general ledger accounting (support monthly close process)
Understand VAT, invoice setup and legislatio
Independently review and clarify customer accounts including bookings and repayments in SAP
Close cooperation and alignment with KAM and Sales as well as contract management and working closely with billing team to secure correct billing of our B2B and B2C customers
Support of bad debt allowances and writeoffs
Understand the processes of our external billing system provider and good collaboration with other finance departments
Ensure that there is no interruption in our revenue stream: on time and accurately invoicing, having an eye on open items with a material cash impact
Support various special tasks as required (e.g. integration of new companies in SAP, process optimization, etc.)

Your profile:

Successfully completed commercial training as Financial Accountant ideally in an international company or Bachelor in Business Administration with majors in Finance and Accounting.

- min 5 years proven professional experience in accounting with a focus on invoicing or creating financial entries (experience in revenue accounting is beneficial)

Knowledge of VAT tax legislation
Experience with SAP FI module (SD module is a plus); good knowledge of Excel
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Solid interpersonal and intercultural skill set with the ability to work independently, collaborate and positively influence diverse stakeholders. Handson mentality with a distinctive social competence including strong communication skills
Previous experience in a KPIdriven organization
Fluent in English language is a must, German language is a plus
