Experienced Finance & Administration leader with a strong background in Controlling and Business Partnering in the German market within a multi-national industrial company.

Ihre Aufgaben

Leadership & Business Partnering- Directly lead a senior controller & indirectly an accounting team (shared service provided)- Contribute to the achievement of the company's business objectives by providing advice and guidance on financial strategy.- Develop and control the company's annual operating budget to ensure that all financial targets are metand financial and statutory regulations complied with.

- Challenge and support your local peers (Director New Business, Director Life Cycle Service,

Director Human Resources) as a member of the local management team on eyelevel
Business Partner with colleagues from other functions such as New Business, Life Cycle
Service, Human Resources, Payroll, IT and Workers Council
Closely collaborate with Corporate Finance and with Divisional Finance & Controlling

- functions

Legal, Compliance & Risk Management- Ensure local legal compliance such as corporate law, statutory law, contract law, tax law,
- labor law, workers council law

Follow closely Kardex internal rules and guidelines such as Kardex Core Values, International
Group Accounting and Reporting Guidelines, Treasury Policy, Risk & Insurance Policy

Financial Accounting & Reporting- Ensure jointly with Financial Accounting Manager compliance with local Statutory
- requirements (BHB)

Validate with the HR & Payroll Manager accuracy in Personnel Cost accruals and provisions

- coming from variable salary system and bonus/incentive and sales commission agreements

Meet deadlines in Month-End Closing Process and Divisional (Income Statement) & Group

- (Banking, Cash Flow Statement, Equity Statement) reporting and also

Provide local management and cost Center Owners with relevant management reports and

- costs, Capex & FTE reports

Ihr Profil

Your experience and skillset for the role- Extensive senior level accountancy experience- Manage, mentor, lead a small team & to advise internal business partners and act at eye level with internal/external stakeholders- Experience in financial planning, Forecasting & modelling, accounting, controlling & reporting, team management also with indirect reporting teams in matrix organization.

Solid change and project management skills.- Knowledge of the manufacturing facturing industry in a sales organization- Dynamic and proactive Finance professional who is comfortable being part of a small regional team and is self-driven to make a difference- Effective communication and collaboration with strong business focu- Strategic thinking skills- Excellent interpersonal and cultural skills- Experience in an English-and German speaking environment
