WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Crosssite project purchasing of electronic components within the Sensors and Actuators Division.
Support in the selection of suitable components by creating market transparency and price comparisons
Continuous screening of the market for lower cost and higher performance components
Commercial evaluation of electronics BOMs to generate customer quotes and initiate appropriate "cost down" activities
Support our different business units in defining appropriate electronics architectures / circuit design in product roadmaps
Selection of suppliers for advance development projects / samples
Coordination of the supplier nomination series by the specialist purchasing department in the projects

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

Successfully completed studies in business administration or comparable with a focus on purchasing or procurement
Several years of professional experience in international purchasing of electronic components of an automotive supplier, ideally also several years of experience in electronics development
Very good written and spoken German and English (other foreign languages desirable)
Strong cost and quality awareness
High degree of flexibility and assertiveness
Willingness to take on responsibility
Willingness to travel intensively
