Beschreibung

To drive the relationship between Nuance and our clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new product sales to our Healthcare market.

We are seeking an established sales professional to initiate new business, demo our solutions, build business cases with customers, sell the Nuance value proposition and close strategic opportunities.

Organizing sales visits

Demonstrating and presenting Nuance products

Establishing new business

Maintaining accurate SFDC records

Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings

Reviewing sales performance

Negotiating contracts and quoting partners and clients

Aiming to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets


Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Achieving Sales Targets for the Nuance Healthcare Product set.

Developing new opportunities resulting from executive meetings with potential customers and facilitating the process to identify improvements in clinical outcomes and return on investment

Negotiating the terms of agreements to contractual closure

Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations

Understanding the competitive environment and positioning our solutions effectively.


Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's Degree OR Equivalent Experience


Minimum years of experience:

  • 6+ years Sales Experience in Healthcare (desirable)
  • Solution Sales Experience selling complex Healthcare IT solutions.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in value-based solution selling.

Proven sales record selling healthcare IT solutions w/ clinical focus.

Proven executive level network inside DACH region healthcare market.

Ability to discuss technical requirements and to understand clinical requirements.

The skills to work both independently and as part of a team.

High degree of self-motivation and ambition.


Preferred Skills:
An understanding of clinical workflows and clinical documentation.

Understanding of Electronic Patient Record systems

Experience in the Acute / inpatient healthcare sector.

Knowledge of cloud advantages and subscription model business justification.
