The role


In this new role you will collaborate and work closely with the Europe and Global Functions P&C Business Partners in pursuit of our ambitious business strategy and transformation plans and specifically manage the recruitment of roles which are critical to deliver business objectives.


Principal responsibilities include:


  • Ensure recruiting is delivered as part of the broader P&C and talent and capability strategies.
  • Provide Functional expertise and insight around talent acquisition challenges and best practices ensuring that KPIs are met and priorities are fully understood and delivered
  • Responsible for delivering a transactional workload whilst able to see the wider context and plan
  • Actively tracks and reviews recruitment KPIs, preventing talent gaps and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Champions the Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand strategies; role modelling our Connections behaviours
  • Experience of managing a demanding requisition load and recruiting for a variety of specialist functional roles
  • Experience working within an inhouse recruitment function, ideally within a global matrixed organisation
  • Direct sourcing experience utilising social media, job boards, LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques
  • Knowledge of employment law and immigration regulations
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Strong team player with a collaborative approach
This role will be based in our Hamburg office and requires fluent German and English language skills.
