Beschreibung
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Germany. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for partnering with the business to provide strategic and tactical HR support across a range of areas, including talent management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and performance management

Tasks

  • Partner with business leaders to understand and address their HR needs and priorities and provide support and guidance to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
  • Lead and support HR projects and initiatives, including talent management, employee engagement, employee relations, and performance management
  • Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on a range of HR topics, including performance management, career development, and employee engagement
  • Analyze HR data and provide insights and recommendations to business leaders
  • Partner with the global HR team to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization

Requirements:


  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Good knowledge of German employment law and regulations, additional European countries would be a plus
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders to drive HR initiatives and programs
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills in combination with interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written German and English communication skills
