  • The Clinical Research Associate (CRA) is a critical hire for our business The healthcare research space is becoming increasingly important, and you will have the chance be part of an industry that is continuing to evolve and grow. This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of relevant experience to expand on their knowledge while working for a global corporation.
  • The CRA (Observational Studies), reporting to the Team Lead, will assist the Project Teams with the Startup activities for Germany and all the site management related tasks. This role is to be Hybrid based in Munich, Germany.

What you will do:

  • Work closely with the project management team;
  • Manage all the country startup activities in collaboration with the project management team

More specifically:

  • Site recruitment;
  • Regulatory / EC submissions as applicable;
  • Site contract negotiation and execution;
  • Provide regular reporting to Project management team on study progress in Germany;
  • Manage the sites involved on the project all along the study

  • Site initiation
  • Site monitoring
  • Site payment
  • Data cleaning
  • Site closure
  • Demonstrate ability to work on different projects in parallel and capacity in identifying priorities

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Quality and/or Science (Biology, Biochemical, Biotechnology, etc)
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience as a CRA;
  • Good understanding of the methodology of observational studies;
  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements in Germany;
  • Strong organizational skills, selfstarter and fast learner, you react to change productively displaying a solution driven approach;

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Responsible for conducting applied research in scientific area of focus.

Investigating applicable solutions through rigorous, protracted studies and ensuring that a quality, integrated solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client*s satisfaction.

This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.

Bachelors or Advanced degree in a discipline relevant to area of focus, plus 2 year related work experience


Minimum Qualifications:
At least 5 years Total combined related work experience and completed higher education. Depending on the job there may be additional minimum requirements and/or preferred qualifications
