What we do

This is a full-time, paid position + equity package

At Looks we use Mixed Reality technologies and Social Commerce to develop products that create immersive, interactive and personalized shopping experiences that make users buy better, not more.

Your role

As a co-founder you'll be joining a small but mighty team that is already at full speed experimenting, learning, and growing together.

You bring your experience building ML products and teams to add fuel to this rocketship with guidance and connections to experts, advisors, and potential new hires;
Build and grow worldclass research & software engineering teams with ambitious goals to drive our product forward and deliver highquality product increments at speed;
Strive for a quality and speed balance according to our stage and foster a mindset of experimentation and datadriven decisionmaking;
As a leader we expect you to inspire and coach each member of your team to grow as our company does;
You will join an existing founding team to take this company from seed to unicorn.

Profile:

We are looking for Berlin-based (or willing to relocate) entrepreneurs in search of their next rocket ship.

You are an entrepreneur, thriving in uncertain environments, embracing the startup culture as a "doer", aspirational and resourceful.
You are a leader, with previous working experience managing tech teams as a technology lead or a key technology role in a startup or a large enterprise.
You get things done and deliver highquality work on a tight schedule by taking measured risks and prioritizing tasks for yourself and the team. You are also a proponent of robust, maintainable code and clear documentation.
People want to work with you: you are a servant leader, proactive communicator, good teacher/mentor/coach, able to empathize with people from different backgrounds and personality traits, and keep calm under pressure.
