Your tasks:

Support and consultation for Sales department or other areas in all technical questions for complex machines and plants in process engineering
Responsibility for the clarification of orders as well as determining the characteristics (e.g. equipment, process parameters, etc.)
Independent creation of relevant documents for the end customer (e.g. media data, standard values, guarantee data, performance data, etc.)
Obtaining cost information and checking the feasibility also for special customer requests and changes as well as compiling costs
Contact person for the machines you take responsibility for during the order phase for the internal departments and partly directly for the customer
Partly technical customer support at the plant or on site
Proactive problem solution / further development with other areas and / or R&D for continuous improvement and testing of the functionality of the product / line

Your profile:

Successfully completed studies in beverage technology, process technology or comparable qualification
Alternatively: Successfully completed technical training and further training as a technician
Extensive practical experience relevant to the position desirable
Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
Confident and friendly manner
Conflict resolution skills
Initiative
Very good command of spoken and written English
Willingness to travel up to 10%
