We are now looking for a committed Leader for our logistics department, experienced in driving an organization with distributed teams at production sites, warehousing / supply HUBs and LSPs.

In this role you will take the responsibility to develop the Supply Strategy and to bring it into execution, to actively create and ensure customer value.

You will strengthen and enable a strong collaboration with a one team approach between the EAS operations and EAS R&D, Sales, Product Management and the global Ericsson supply organization.

While managing complexity and encouraging change targeting operational excellence you will make substantial contributions to a resilient supply chain by understanding global developments and trends, markets and competitors while anticipating business risks, addressing our needs and improving costs as well as performance.

This position will report to the Head of Operations EAS and will be located in Rosenheim, Germany, whereas other locations can be taken into consideration, if they are in line with the specific requirements for this role.


What you will do

  • Have regional direct and functional leadership for the logistics department, responsible for warehouse and inventory management, finished goods, shipping and customer returns
  • Be responsible for budget and cost center management
  • Be business responsible for the E2E Supply Chain within EAS (inbound, inhouse, internal & external warehousing, outbound)
  • Be the strategy owner for the functional department logistics regarding fulfilling new business requirements, efficiency, technical development, compliance, vital processes, collaboration, Logistics Systems and ITequipment
  • Be responsible for a smooth and resourceoptimized supply chain for the EAS product portfolio
  • Be an integral part and team member of the EAS Operations Leadership Team
  • Take responsible for optimized logistic processes with the objective to reach cost efficient logistic processes on a topquality level and to ensure supply compliance
  • Manage global activities on the basis of logistic specific KPIs

You will bring

  • A Bachelor ́s, Master ́s or University degree in industrial engineering, ICT or business administration, ideally with a focus on SCM, or an equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrated longterm international experience within SCM, Distribution and / or Logistics in a volume production environment
  • Proven track record in the strategy planning and realization of efficient and sustainable supply chain solutions
  • Very good management and leadership skills, capable to focus on an effective execution while navigating complexity and ambiguity in a fastpacing international environment and fostering change towards operational excellence
  • Substantial project, process and quality management knowledge
  • A good knowledge of common standard software (MS Office) and ERP Software (SAP)
  • Understanding of the telecommunication antenna market with its specific transportation and supply chain requirements is a plus
  • High selfmotivation, result orientation and customer focus with strong problem solving capabilities
  • Willing to travel on a regular basis
  • Full proficiency in English, both written and spoken
