The Role
Bitly is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join their Creative team.

As a Senior Designer at Bitly, they will be working closely with a team of designers and marketers in a variety of projects that will help promote the Bitly brands.

They will be responsible for concepting designs, creating original illustrations, presenting to stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.


What You'll Do

  • Create original illustrations that align with the Bitly brands.
  • Maintain consistent brand look and feel across all outputs.
  • Present and explain design concepts to internal clients, providing rationale and addressing feedback.
  • Go beyond the brief and proactively bring ideas to the table.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Agency or inhouse creative experience.
  • Understanding of design best practices.
  • Passion and a problemsolving mentality.
  • Ability to provide visual direction, guide design projects, and conceptualize innovative design solutions.
  • Solid knowledge of branding principles and the ability to create designs that align with and push forward the brand's identity.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering highquality, pixelperfect designs.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in both print and digital design.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
