About the role:


Reckitt is seeking an inspired
Senior HR Business Partner (all genders) to join our dynamic team, utilising their strategic HR expertise to influence our fast-moving environment.

Your responsibilities:


In summary, you'll:

  • Lead change processes Reckitt is embarking on and embed throughout the DACH organization.
  • Develop and implement the people strategy for your area of responsibility.
  • Coach, challenge and support leaders in their roles for all related people matters.
  • Lead the talent and performance management process for your client portfolio and support in building relevant development plans.
  • Act as a change agent and work with managers to plan organizational change in business unit, considering change impact and people implications.
  • Own all HR related processes such as payroll, reporting, policies, strategy training plans, works council agreements, and global HR project implementation.

The experience & skills we're looking for:

  • Minimum a bachelor's degree (Berufsakademie), in Business Administration, Psychology, Law or Social sciences with ma-jor in Human Resources or Organizational Management or similar qualification.
  • More than 5 years of profound operational as well as strategic experience in the area of Human Resources (HR Business Partner/ Personalreferent) in a complex, changing environment.
  • Profound knowledge of German labour law and yery good knowledge of German constitution law (Betriebsverfassungsgesetz) as well as good experience in the collaboration with worker's councils.
  • Strong business partnering skills with commercial acumen as well as experience in coaching senior managers and leading through complex changes of an organization with a solutionoriented and cando attitude.
- last but not least - excellent communication skills in Englisch and German and are able to influence others at all levels of the organization.
