- Contribute to the development and optimization of our IT & digitalization strategy, deriving corresponding measures and projects.
- Perform administrative and documentation tasks in areas such as:
- Microsoft Server and Desktop operating systems
- Microsoft Active Directory, M365 & Azure AD, Microsoft Exchange Hybrid
- vMWare or other virtualization platforms
- Experience in ERP systems such as Mesonic Winline or SAGE100, CRM systems like CAS Genesis World or Shopware or DocuWare
- Configuration and maintenance of hardware basics (Servers, Storage, Clients)
- Monitor and adjust security systems
- User support for 1st and 2nd levels
- Handling and maintenance of tickets
- Coordination of external IT partners
- You have successfully completed an IT training (IT specialist) and/or a degree in (Business) Computer Science or a comparable qualification.
- You have relevant professional experience in the mentioned areas.
- You have a high willingness to learn, a sense of responsibility, and ambitious quality standards for your work.
- You have an independent and business-oriented way of working, flexibility, and great teamwork skills.
- You have a friendly and open personality with good to very good communication skills in German (written and spoken).
- You quickly grasp complex interrelations and can convey them in a recipient-oriented manner.
- You have a high process, solution, and goal orientation, as well as a precise and analytical, independent way of working.
- You are willing to travel occasionally (multi-site corporate group).
- You enjoy setting up and restructuring IT processes and IT architectures.
- You can manage project work alongside daily business operations.
