- Du unterstützt beim Design und der Umsetzung der Projekte im FSM und anderen Tools im Hinblick auf die Umwandlung von Business Prozessen in digitale Prozesse in unsere Softwarelandschaft
- Du unterstützt bei der Fehlersuche und dem Aufrechterhalten des Betriebs (Second Level Funktion) bei Go Live und begleitest anschließend die digitalen Prozesse zur Schnittstelle des Supports im Early Live Support
- Du unterstützt bei der digitalisierten Prozessoptimierung und -analyse
- Du steuerst und unterstützt bei der Installation, Konfiguration, Wartung und Betrieb dieser Applikationen nach Bedarf
- Du erstellst technische Dokumentation und übergibst diese an den Fachbereich
- Neugierde und analytisches Denken zeichnen dich aus
- Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und Anwendungskenntnisse in SQL, XML und JSON Rest
- Wünschenswert sind außerdem Erfahrungen mit der Power Plattform sowie der PowerShell
- Kommunikative Stärke sowie Fähigkeit, in interdisziplinären Teams zu arbeiten
- Eigenständige und selbstverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, agiles und lebendiges Arbeiten
- Gute Kenntnisse in Englisch sind von Vorteil
