We develop and produce innovative PEM electrolysers and electrolysis stacks for green hydrogen production.

Your Tasks

You will work side by side of the EVP People & Culture
You will receive ownership for process optimization
You will prepare decision material for leadership meetings
You will learn a lot in a fastgrowing environment
You will take ownership of workshop preparation
You will collaborate with the team to develop and implement employee engagement initatives
You will contribute to learn and develop initiatives by assisting with training logistics, materials preparation, and tracking participation

Your Profile

You are a student of Business Administration, Business Psychology, or a comparable degree, or perhaps in a gapyear, seeking new horizons
You are fluent in English and German, effortlessly bridging the gap between cultures and language
You command the digital realm with your solid knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, making you a techsavvy dynamo
Your work detailoriented and agile, you effortlessly juggle multiple tasks, showcasing your organizational prowess
Your are a selfstarter in every sense, you exude motivation, proactivity, and the ability to take the reins and conquer tasks independently
Your interpersonal finesse is unparalleled, allowing you to thrive in a team environment and make meaningful connections with ease
